Ways To Cancel A Holland America Cruises Reservation:
- The Holland America Cruises cancellation policy differs depending on the kind and length of the voyage.
- You are not eligible for any reimbursement, payment, compensation, or credit of your gross fare in the event that you cancel your reservation if you bought a specially priced promotion that is 100% non-refundable at the time of purchase. You will not receive your deposit back if you cancel your reservation if you buy a specially priced promotion that calls for a non-refundable deposit.
- Specially priced promos that are 100% non-refundable after payment are exempt from the above cancellation policy. Guests will not be eligible for any reimbursement, payment, compensation, or credit for cancellation in this scenario.
- The same cancellation policy applies to your entire reservation, including the cruise ticket, any cruise fees and expenses, air add-ons, ground transfers, and accommodation and tour packages before and after the trip. Even if it is specified that there will be no refund, government taxes and levies will be reimbursed for any cancellation.
- Any cancellation fees levied by other transportation providers, tour and ground operators, and other lodging establishments will be your responsibility if you make any travel arrangements through other operators. Refunds will be issued straight to the payment method you used when making your reservation with Holland America Line, except for Cancellation Protection Plan payments.
- Note that name changes may not always be feasible and require prior clearance. Reservation cancellation fees apply to name and departure date changes, which are regarded as cancellations.
- Cancellations can be made by email or mail, but they must be made in writing. The cruise line's website lists contacts for each country.
